Running Pace Calculator
Pace, split times and race predictor.
How to Use
- Enter the distance (or tap a preset like 5K).
- Enter your time in hours, minutes and seconds.
- See pace per km and per mile, plus predicted race times.
Calculation Method
Pace = total time ÷ distance. Race predictions use Riegel's formula: T₂ = T₁ × (D₂ / D₁)^1.06, which models endurance fade over longer distances.

Examples
Pace 5:00 /km · predicted half ≈ 1:50:xx
Pace 5:00 /km · 8:03 /mi
